At Grumpi Furniture, we back our products—and your bum. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

Changed your mind? No stress.

You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to return your furniture for a refund—no questions asked.

To qualify:

  • Item must be in original condition (clean, undamaged, no signs of excessive use)
  • You’ll need to send it back in the original packaging or equivalent

Return shipping: We’ll help organise it, but return shipping costs are on you (unless the product is faulty, of course).

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it—fast.

You can choose between:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement
  • Or a repair, depending on the issue

Just email us at help@grumpi.com.au with your order number and some pics of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest.

3. How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Please allow:

  • Up to 5 business days for us to process it
  • Additional time for your bank to clear the funds (this can vary)

4. Our Legal Obligations

This policy doesn’t replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re always entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, or doesn’t do what we said it would.
