Changed your mind? No worries — we get it.

If your Grumpi isn’t a perfect match, here’s how returns work:

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

📦 Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items without it

📧 How to Initiate a Return

Email help@grumpi.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.


🚫 Important: No Returns on Opened Vacuum-Sealed Items

Some Grumpi products are vacuum-packed for safe and efficient shipping. Once opened or expanded, they cannot be re-packed or returned — kind of like trying to return a cake after taking a bite. So if you're unsure, don’t open it just yet. Admire it through the bag first — like a squishy piece of modern art.

If you’ve unboxed your Grumpi and it’s just not the vibe, we’ve still got you.

Donate it to a registered charity in your area and we’ll refund 75% of your order — no returns needed.
Just email us proof of donation (a receipt or photo will do), and we’ll take care of the rest. Because everyone deserves a comfy seat — even if it’s not yours.


This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
