The Big Grumpi Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1 Promoter

The promoter is C&D V Pty Ltd, trading as Grumpi Furniture, ABN 85 652 097 197, of Suite 2, Level 5, 410 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("Promoter").

2 Promotion period

The promotion commences at the time the promotional post is published on the @grumpifurniture Instagram account on Sunday, 23 August 2026 and closes at 12:00pm (midday) AEST on Sunday, 30 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3 Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
• Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any person directly involved in conducting or determining the winners of the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4 How to enter

To receive an initial entry, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @grumpifurniture on Instagram
• Like the official Big Grumpi Giveaway post, and
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend.

Each separate comment tagging a different valid Instagram account will receive one additional entry into the draw. Entrants may submit multiple comments and receive multiple entries, provided each additional comment tags a different person.

Tags of celebrities, businesses, brands, fake accounts, duplicate accounts or accounts reasonably believed by the Promoter to have been created solely for competition purposes may be deemed invalid.

5 Bonus entries

• Eligible entrants can receive 10 bonus entries by sharing the official giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period.
• Only one allocation of 10 bonus Story entries is available per entrant.
• Entrants with private Instagram accounts must send a screenshot of their Story share via direct message to @grumpifurniture before the Promotion Period closes so the Promoter can verify the entry.
• The Promoter may request reasonable evidence to verify any entry.

6 Prizes

There are 10 prizes to be won:

• Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices at the commencement of the promotion.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• If a prize or specific product variation becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

7 Delivery

• Standard delivery of physical prizes to an eligible Australian delivery address will be provided by the Promoter at no charge to the winner.
• Delivery is subject to Grumpi's usual delivery capabilities and service areas.
• Where standard delivery is not reasonably available to a winner's location, the Promoter will work with the winner in good faith to arrange a reasonable alternative delivery or collection method.

8 Prize draw

• All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the relevant random prize draw.
• The draw will take place on Monday, 31 August 2026 at 7:00pm AEST in Melbourne, Victoria, and winners will be announced from that time.
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The first valid entrant drawn will receive the 1st Prize, the second valid entrant drawn will receive the 2nd Prize, continuing in order until all 10 prizes have been allocated.
• The draw will be conducted using a random selection method determined by the Promoter.
• Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

9 Winner notification

Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official @grumpifurniture Instagram account.

• Winners may be required to provide their full name, contact details, proof of age, proof of Australian residency and delivery address before a prize is awarded.
• Where required by applicable law, winner details will also be published on the Grumpi website.

10 Claiming prizes and unclaimed prizes

• Winners must respond to the Promoter's notification and provide any reasonably requested information within 14 days of being notified.
• The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim their prize within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or their entry is found to be invalid, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.
• Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection process as the original draw.

11 Verification of entries

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has:

• tampered with the entry process
• used fake, automated or duplicate accounts
• provided false or misleading information
• breached these Terms & Conditions, or
• engaged in conduct intended to unfairly manipulate the promotion.

Incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be removed from the draw.

12 Instagram

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
• By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.
• To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility associated with the conduct of this promotion.
• Entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies when participating in the promotion.

13 Privacy

• Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes and complying with applicable legal requirements.
• Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• The Promoter may publish a winner's name where required by applicable trade promotion laws.

14 General

• By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, eligibility of entries and conduct of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.
• If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control, including technical failures, platform outages, fraud or other unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
