How does it arrive?
Vacuum-packed in a box that fits through a standard doorway. Cut the plastic, unroll and give it a few good smacks. Full size in 24–48 hours.
Do I need tools?
Only for the Peachi. Its base plate goes on with an allen key, and the key is in the box. Everything else needs nothing but you.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Shipping is worked out by your postcode at checkout. In-stock orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days, and it's metro delivery in 10 business days or $100 store credit.
Why is there a big dent in my backrest?
Relax, nothing is wrong. That's just where I got folded to fit in the box. The middle of my backrest takes longer to puff back up than the rest of me, so give it 3–5 days. Please don't sit in me until I've fully rebounded, so the foam recovers properly.
